if want that purple hair just go out and buy yourself some Wella Soft Blonde Creme with Koleston Perfect Developer 20 Volume. and get a toner violet based say Color Touch 10/6 leave it on for 20-30 mins and there you have it. lavender hair.
if you wanna all techinical you can learn everything you...
